Cooking time: 25 min
Ingredients (serves 6):
250 g flour
140 g butter
2 tablespoons water
3 leeks
400 g bacon
3 eggs
25 cl cream
some swiss cheese
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Dough: mix butter, flour and water, and then spread to the dish.
Cook the leeks in butter.
Meanwhile, prepare the tart itself: mix eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
Cook the bacon ( a few minutes on the stove, until it's slightly brown)
Spread the leeks on the dough, then the bacon .
Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with the egg-cream preparation and bake 25 minutes at 375F.
